With a background in business and production management, Elza has joined BHT’s board at a time when those skills are sorely needed. Migrating from South Africa, she worked at Cultural Infusion developing digital education programs, application writing, producing tender response, planning and executing events, and writing aware submissions. She is also Project Manager for Adapt IT for Telstra, and has worked at ACTHSS in Canberra as Project Officer. In Johannesburg she was Senior Project Manager for Rorotika Technologies, now Digitata.
