Les Méduses is heading to the US!
Awe-inspiring, breathtaking, and uniquely magical.
Flights are booked. VISAs are sorted (Phew!), new routines have been rehearsed and we’re all set to WOW new audiences at the International Performing Arts for Youth Showcase 2017 [IPAY] in Madison, Wisconsin and BAMkids Film Festival 2017 at the Brooklyn Academy of Music, New York later this month!
Les Méduses has been inspiring audiences since premiering at the World Puppetry Festival in Charleville, France in 2015. Accompanied by an immersive aquatic soundscape, our illuminated, roving jellyfish puppets float and swoop to engage and entrance children, teenagers, and adults alike. Les Méduses will be swimming through the sky in an awe-inspiring aerial display delighting new audiences.
Our Artistic Director, Nancy Black, will be joined by regular BHT artists Renae Shadler, Nathan Reardon and Kaira Hachefa as well as two new US artists, Katie Norman and Scott McKenna Campbell who we will be introducing you to a little later through our Facebook page.
